We all know that in everything we do, our attitude is an
important factor that determine our success or failure.
Therefore keeing a positive outlook, being enthusiastic
and optimistic is one of the key to success.
Being enthusiastic means that you are cheerful. If you are
cheerful about your work, you will always try to do the
best job you can under all circumstances. In fact, your
cheerful enthusiasm can set the example for others to
follow. If you are promoting a network marketing
opportunity, it is very important that your downline
members feel enthusiastic and promote the program. Your
enthusiasm will rub on your downline members.
Some people have the wrong idea about enthusiasm. You dont
have to go around bubbling all over the places, calling
everybody dear, darling etc. A good smile, especially in
difficult and trying times can make a world of a difference.
It cost nothing and yet it could motivate yourself as well
as the others around you.
So how do you stay enthusiastic and optimistic? Here'r some
pointers.
1. Be optimistic. It is as simple as keeping a positive
outlook on your work and life in general. A chronic
complainer will not do you any good. Ask yourself how or
what you can do in a difficult situation, instead of
venting out loads and loads of complaints. Life is what
you make out of it.
2. Understand why you have to do a certain job. If you have
identify your objectives for doing a certain task, much of
the unpleasantness can be take out of it. I bet you ever
feel boring or even tedious submitting your advertisement
to various website to promote your online opportunities or
programs. However, given the great response
you will get at the end of the day, all that effort is
well worth it! So stay positive and stick to the difficult
job at hand.
3. Be quick to capitalize when you have success. Whenever
you gain headways, give yourself a pat on the back, give
yourself a little treat. Share the good news with the
people around you. Tell your family members, tell your
friends, tell your downline members in the program you are
involved in. This will build enthusiasm in yourself as well
as in the people around you, especially your downline
members. You would want to encourage them and make them
feel enthusiastic in the programs you all are working on.
4. Even when things are not going your way, keep
enthusiastic. If everything is going the way your planned
it to be, sure, its easy to be enthusiastic. When things
go wrong, as they usually will, that is when you have to
stay right in there and keep at it. Never give up!
5. Don't become stale. If you want to keep your enthusiasm
in things you are doing, never let yourself become stale.
For a short period daily, let yourself become completely
free from the business matters. Even if it is for a few
moment, relax completely. You will feel refreshed, then go
back to your tasks again.
A little change in your attitude makes a world of a
difference. Remember, in a difficult journey, your
enthusiasm and optimism will last you a long way.
